Unfortunately the pool in Ballina is booked out on Sunday evenings and as such the usual weekly swim will now move to Saturday evenings.

The cost for the next 6 week block of coached swim lessons is E40. This represents excellent value and is being subsidised by the club. The details of the block is as follows:

Venue: Ballina Public Pool - Time: 6pm - 7pm. Dates: 6 week block from Saturday 28th January to Saturday 3rd March 2012 inclusive.

N.B - You must be a member of Swinford Tri Sports and at least an associate member of Triathlon Ireland in order to take part in training sessions organised by the club.
